We have some apples were going bad two days ago, so I decided to make an apple pie to everyone.
二天前,我們有一些蘋果快壞掉了,我就決定要把它們再利用…(這樣才會有人要吃蘋果)
But it's my first time to make apple pie, I was not sure it would be successful or not.
但這是我第一次做蘋果派,我也不確定會不會成功。
I went to Dallarama to buy a pie crust, just cost me C$1.50.
在加拿大也有一元商店,所以我就去了 Dallarama買了現成的派皮,只要 加幣1.5
And I cut 2 apples into small cube.
我用了二顆蘋果,切成小丁,反正亂切一通,所以有大有小,我連皮都懶得削…
I took 4packs of brown sugar from Second Cup Coffee Shop, and boiled the sugar and a little butter, until dissolved.
我從咖啡店偷拿了四包砂糖(省錢省成這樣),把糖和一點奶油煮化。
And added the apple cube and water (around 100ml) into the pot, and until apple became soft.
加入蘋果丁和一些水,等蘋果煮軟。
I added some agar powder and mixed them completed. (Agar powder can make them sticky)
我加了一點點的洋菜粉,讓他們完全化合,就可以停火了。
Pouring all ingredients into the pie crust, and put it into baker @350℃ for 6mins.
把所有的材料倒入派皮中,放入烤箱約 350度℃ 約6分鐘。
(看來6分鐘不只護一生,還可以烤熟一個apple pie)
口將口將口將!!!
And I have to say, the apple pie was awesome, tasty, delicious, right level sugar.
We all loved it!

如果想胖的人還可以再加乳酪,那一定會更香更好吃!!!
