【Chef】Sunday Pancake !

What's a beautiful Sunday morning !
Today I'd like to make a pancake for my breakfast to start my beautiful Sunday!
多麼美好的一個早晨!
今天我打算做一份鬆餅當早餐,開啟我美好的星期天!

Aunt Jemima pancake powder ! looks nice.

Preparation : 
mixed 175ml (3/4 cup) water and 250ml (1 cup) of the mixed powder.
很簡單,只要混合水和粉就好了。
and mix them
攪拌……
pour slightly less than 50 ml (1/4 cup) batter for each pancake onto skillet.
用一點點的奶油熱鍋,然後倒入鬆餅糊

Turn when pancake bubbles and bottoms are golden brown.
當鬆餅有點冒泡時或是變成金黃色時就翻面

Continue to cook for approximately 1 min or until second side is golden brown.
繼續加熱約一分鐘,或是一直到另一面也變金黃色。 (真漂亮的顏色呀)

I also made the egg beside my pancake.
我還加了一顆蛋和熱狗在我的鬆餅旁邊。

It's seem so easy to make the pancake by myself.
Why was I so stupid to pay a lot of money to have a pancake every weekend when I was in Taiwan?
it's more cheap and more easy than I though.
沒想到自己做鬆餅這麼簡單,為什麼我在台灣時笨到每個禮拜都要花錢出去吃鬆餅??
這個比自己想像中的簡單多了、便宜多了。

mmmmmm......yummy... ...   I love this morning !


You know why I like pancake?
Because I feel happiness when I was eating pancake with honey or batter.
你知道為何我喜歡吃鬆餅嗎?
因為吃到鬆餅和蜂蜜或是奶油,會讓我感覺到幸福。。。。。
