I'm not sure that's the Toronto government's success policy or Canadian's morality.
They can class the garbage well (I mean most people.)
One day morning, I wait for garbage truck coming.
and I wander how it works.....and take the pictures of it.
Just like a big robot eats the garbage for its breakfast on the street.
Basically they have three color for garbage using.
BLUE : Recycle 可回收的紙類、玻璃、塑膠類、金屬類…
BLACK : Garbage 一般家庭垃圾，不可回收的…
GREEN : Baby stuffs 騷水、菜楂、咖啡楂、尿布類的…
大多數人都很配合在做分類，所以家裡面都會有好幾個垃圾桶柳

They never stop to propagate the garbage recycle.
yes, the good look of the city need the government and whole citizens work hard. In Toronto, The government provide a lot of useful information on their web. of couse that include garbage and recycling info. It's ability to teach citizens how to reduce the amount of garbage. so that is, good look of the city requires good promotion as well.
