【Chef】Instant stapa

Two days ago, there are two Taiwanese boys check-in the hostel, and we chatted.
二天前，有二個台灣男生入住旅館，我們有聊天

Yesterday, I saw them cooking the instant spaghetti.....looks very delicious.
昨天，我看到他們在煮速食義大利麵，看起感覺很好吃

So today I went to buy the same fast food....for dinner.
所以，我也跑去買來當晚餐。

Because I was too hungry!!!

(before menses, no-stop working, 3hrs biking a day, wake up at 5:30 or 6:00am)

(月經前、不停的工作、每天騎車三小時，早上5:30~6:00 就起床)

See...this stuff is really cheap,...in Toronto.
看! 這東西真的是便宜…至少有多倫多，它是真的便宜的。

it cost C$1.79 (maybe NTD 54 around)
只要加幣1.79 (約台幣54元吧)

for girl/female, you can have this two times. 對女生來說，可以吃二次

it's still cheap than go out for meal.比起外食，這個真的便宜，且可以有飽足感。

Opening it, you would see the noddle (looks like the nails) and have source powder.
打開它，你可以看到麵(看起來就很像指甲) 和麵的醬料。

If you have some vegetable or meat/ham... you can mix all of them!
如果有蔬菜或肉/火腿…混在一起更棒!

煮法：

1 將麵倒入沸水中，煮約7~8分鐘(如果要加青菜者，這個時後就可以加了)

   略把水濾掉，但還是要留一些水份…

2 加入醬料粉，攪拌…(個人再加了一片起司…)

3 上桌!

右邊的土司，又是撿來的恩典!!!

這樣吃二餐，也很飽哩!!!   讚
